EXPORT
PERMITS

We take all the required documentation, make photocopies and we sent all documentation to the shipping company (Safari Cargo Systems) from where they process the documentation and apply for the export permits. Safari Cargo Systems works with Nature conservation on a daily basis and a status report of the export permits of the clients is sent to Swift Dip on a daily basis.

If the required documentation is not handed in at Swift Dip, it can delay the issuing of the permits. Please note that Cites export permits takes Nature Conservation longer to issue than ordinary export permits.

The waiting period for Cites permits is 90 days. Please note that if you have a cites animal, Baboon, Monkey, Lion, Leopard…, a cites export permit must be issued. This can take up to 3 months for Nature conservation to issue depending if all the correct documentation was received on time from the Outfitter.
